John Gibson
John is the CEO and a principal of Integral Wealth Securities Limited. Previously
John was a founder and CEO of publicly traded real estate company and originated
distressed debt transactions in joint venture with a US private equity group. John
co-chairs Integral’s name’s committee and assists clients in formulating their long
term capital markets strategy and their stakeholder bases.
Richard Jozefacki – Mining

Paul Klemke - Oil & Gas
Based in Calgary, Paul is an investment banker specializing in emerging oil and gas companies.
Paul started his career at Northern Securities, but built his corporate finance practice while at Jennings Capital. In 2008, he co-founded his own investment banking boutique, Bloom Capital Partners. Paul's relationships with issuers and investors in oil and gas sector are extensive. Paul earned a B.A from the University of Calgary while playing Varsity Hockey.
Dan Martin - Oil & Gas/Special Situations
Based in Calgary, Dan specializes in valuation and analysis of oil and gas companies and brings due diligence and deal structure skills to Integral's oil and gas transactions.
Starting out as a computer science graduate, Dan spent his formative years in the oil and gas industry as a free lance consultant. He subsequently became a principal in a business intelligence boutique he acquired direct industry experience in financial and operational analysis of oil and gas projects. In 2008 Dan co-founded Bloom Capital Partners. Dan has a B.Sc. from the University of Calgary and has successfully completed all three levels of the CFA program. |
