John Gibson – Chief Executive Officer
John is the CEO and a principal of Integral Wealth Securities Limited. Previously
John was a founder and CEO of publicly traded real estate company and originated
distressed debt transactions in joint venture with a US private equity group. John
co-chairs Integral’s name’s committee and assists clients in formulating their long
term capital markets strategy and their stakeholder bases.
David Cusson, CFA – Chief Operating Officer
David is COO of Integral Wealth Securities Limited. David has over 17 years experience
in the investment industry. He also has over dozen years experience as Director
of Research. As co-chair of the Integral Names Committee David help set Integral’s
strategic course of and provides our Corporate Finance clients with the guidance
required to achieve their capital markets objectives.
Richard Jozefacki – Investment Advisor
Richard has over a decade of experience in arranging financing for junior mining
companies. Richard maintains an extensive base of accredited and high net worth
clients, many of whom are executives, geologists, and financiers in the mining industry
itself. The breadth and depth of his industry relationships make Richard a respected
and trusted advisor to a broad range of exploration and production companies and
to individuals who invest in them.

Gary Williamson – Institutional Sales
Gary Williamson joined Integral's Toronto Institutional Sales team in 2009,
focused principally on the mining and metals sector. Before joining Integral,
Gary has served institutions at several independent firms over the last 17 years.
Prior to institutional sales, Gary spent six years as a floor trader in Montreal.
