John Gibson - Chief Executive Officer

John is responsible for leadership, development and growth of the firm on behalf of all its stakeholders.

John founded Integral in 2004, after a 20 year career in commercial real estate brokerage, investment and development.  Prior to Integral, John founded and built Patriot Equities Corp, a public real estate company.  Prior to Patriot, John acquired pools of distressed commercial mortgages in a joint venture with Lone Star Opportunity Fund.

David Sewell - Chief Compliance Officer

David is responsible for all regulatory and compliance matters for the firm.

David’s career has spanned more than 40 years, starting as a trader on the floor of the London Stock Exchange.  At the Toronto Stock Exchange, David handled a variety of roles, initially Derivative Administration, later becoming an Options and Futures Specialist and eventually moving to Trade Desk Supervision.  After the TSE, David served in a trade desk review capacity overseeing all domestic and foreign retail trading for BMO Nesbitt Burns. 

Jennifer Cooper - Chief Operating Officer

Jennifer is responsible for operational oversight and supports clients, retail advisors, and institutional professionals.

Prior to joining Integral, Jennifer spent over six years as operations manager and branch supervisor at the Toronto office of Wolverton Securities (previously Standard Securities).  Jennifer’s broad experience with operations, corporate finance and compliance is critical to her role which is cross-disciplinary by its nature.
